As the spokesperson for our clients, you are in control of all the internal relationship processes.
Responsive and enthusiastic, you manage the switchboard and ensure the transmission of telephone calls, no call escapes you.
You are in the front line to handle emails and possible incidents.
You are also splitting up the interventions. In active listening mode, you conscientiously apply the different quality processes, all with dynamism and efficiency.

With a first successful experience in management, you support your team on a daily basis and transmit to it the respect of procedures, from training to the organization of schedules.
