Since 2010, Phone Regie has been committed to a dynamic policy of integration of people with disabilities and affirms its commitment to respect the rights to employment and a career for all.
Being Handisolidaires means supporting the employment of people with disabilities, encouraging their successful integration into teams and adapting workstations as well as training places and materials.
Phone Regie’s handicap mission also offers specialized training, provides specific leave, offers tailor-made solutions….

Phone Regie and the TissEco association are committed to the social and solidarity economy with a common desire to preserve the planet by reducing waste. After collecting the Phone Regie textile products for social reintegration, they will find a second breath when they are put up for sale at a low price in a solidarity shop.
Through its identity program “Colibri, all actors”, Phone Regie also raises awareness of eco-gestures among all its employees. An environmental approach to act together on energy savings, waste recycling, food waste prevention…

An innovative collaborative system has been implemented: the #CreativeSpringboard
The idea? An internal competition allowed 3 collaborators, 3 artistic talents from different worlds to design and co-construct the spring-summer uniform collection.
The 3 designs that were selected by a jury presided by the fashion designer Sakina M’Sa are now bearing the first names of the 3 winners.
Phone Regie has also been a member of the United Nations Global Compact since 2006 and is a signatory to the Diversity Charter. Committed to professional equality Phone Regie obtains in 2020, the score of 80/100 points in the gender equality index published by the Ministry of Labour.
